Advocado & Honey Face Mask

Ingredients:

1 fresh avocado

1 tablespoon of honey

Method:

Remove the skin and seed of the avocado, mash it up into a creamy pulp. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and stir. Apply to the skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Coffee & Coconut Oil Scrub

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon finely ground coffee

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Method:

Mix the coffee and coconut oil together and apply using circular motions. Leave on for 15 to 60 minutes depending on personal preference.

Egg & Aloe Vera

Ingredients:

1 egg

2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel

Method:

Crack the egg into a bowl and add the aloe vera. Stir until you get a fluffy paste. Apply to your neck and face. Leave to dry for 15 – 20 minutes then dip a cotton cloth or flannel in cold water and remove.
