UK STANDARD DELIVERY

(3-5 working days) – £3.95 (FREE for orders over £60*)

Your order will arrive at your delivery address up to 5 working days after we’ve received and processed your payment. You’ll receive a dispatch email and an email with tracking information from us so that you can track you parcels progress during delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Please note that during sale and promotional periods standard delivery can take up to 7 working days to reach you.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, courier delays/failures or IT system failures may cause your order to take longer to deliver.

Please note this service is only available for UK Mainland customers.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

(1-5 working days) – £6.95

We will always aim to dispatch express delivery orders the next working day if we’ve received and processed your payment by 12pm. This can however take up to 3 working days. If you are shopping at the weekend your order will processed on Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Whilst we will always endeavour to fulfil all express deliveries the very next day there may be occasions beyond our control, such as courier delays/failures, extreme weather conditions or IT system failures that means it’s not possible to guarantee this.

Once your order leaves us you’ll get a dispatch confirmation email and order tracking details from us. You’ll also get an email from our Courier once the order is shipped and text updates if you supply a mobile number.

NORTHERN ISLANDS, HIGHLANDS AND ISLES STANDARD DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL tracked service. We will always try to deliver your products as quickly as possible, but as we are shipping from the UK, please allow 10-20 working days for your order to arrive. You’ll receive a dispatch email and an email with tracking information so you can track your parcels delivery progress.

Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For you to receive a refund or exchange, you must return your Proskins product(s) to us in new condition (unused and tags still attached) within 14 days of you receiving the goods*. (This excludes the return shipping time). You may then request either an exchange, a refund of any money paid or a credit note to purchase subsequent products from
www.proskins.co

Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the filled out Returns Form received with the order.

All returns should be sent to: The Returns Department, Proskins Ltd.,  Intake Business Centre, Kirkland Avenue, Mansfield, NG18 5QP, UK.

Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of posting from a post office or myHermes ParcelShop. Please keep the receipt in a safe place as claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no proof of posting.

Please allow up to three weeks once you have returned your item(s) for the refund to be credited or your exchange processed.
