Date Night (and day!) Active Activities!



To celebrate Valentine’s Day we’ve come up with a list of our top active date night (or day) activities! We think there’s something for everyone so take a look, enlist the help of your partner (or friend) and see if you can be inspired to try something new!

1. Hot or Acro Yoga

Hot yoga to help you to relax and sweat it out after a busy week or acro yoga for a real test of your balance and your trust!

2. Create your own Run Club

One of the easiest on our list, but definitely not for everyone! Will allow you to work out, enjoy your significant others company and appreciate the views!

3. Pure Barre Class

Don’t under estimate this ballet/pilates/yoga mix. The perfect class if you want to try something different!

4. Boxing/Kickboxing workshop

A more intense option for anyone wanting to take out some friendly frustrations and burn some serious cals!

5. Salsa Class

The ultimate for a romantic and steamy date night! Channel your energies into a partner based dance class and let the endorphins make you feel better than ever!

6. Try out a climbing wall

Take this at your own pace! There is a wall for everyone from the very beginners to the most advanced so why not give it a try?

7. Plan a Hike

This is definitely more of a date ‘day’ as opposed to night activity, but certainly one of the easiest ways to spend some quality time with your significant other! Wrap up warm, get some good boots and work out a route! Fresh air, countryside, picnics and 1 on 1 time with your partner is one of the best ways to spend your time! For best results make sure you have a table booked at your local pub for Sunday lunch afterwards!
