STEVE SHEPPARD FITNESS TIPS

My passion for health and fitness started from a young age. I was involved in a number of different sports and soon realised how fitness and nutrition plays such a vital role in sport and everyday life.

Being a product ambassador for Proskins has also helped me develop and promote my understanding of sports performance compression wear. Working with a professional company that promotes health and fitness we are working together to change both performance and health related goals.

My love for sports performance still continues and now my other passion is helping every day people change their mindset and their bodies.

In my opinion, being fit and healthy is about making small achievable changes in your lifestyle that are sustainable long term. Your body is the most unique thing you will ever own and you need to treat it with care. Regular cardiovascular training and weight bearing exercises have many benefits including reducing the risk of heart disease, strokes, cancer & diabetes; improving stamina & elevating energy levels; increasing strength; improving mobility; burning fat & building muscle; boosting confidence.

There will never be a perfect time to become fit and healthy, you just have to take that first step and do it.
