Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Once dispatched UK orders are sent via Interlink Express (DPD) courier on a next day signed for service. You will receive an email from our courier once the order is shipped and if a mobile number is supplied, text updates.

International Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International with tracking and drop-off without signature. We always try to deliver your products as quickly as possible, but as we are shipping from the UK, please allow between 10 - 20 working days for your order to arrive.


Returns & Exchanges

For you to receive a refund or exchange, you must return your Proskins product(s) to us in new condition (unused and tags still attached) within 14 days of you receiving the goods. (This excludes the return shipping time). You may then request either an exchange, a refund of any money paid or a credit note to purchase subsequent products from www.proskins.co

Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the filled out Returns Form received with the order.

All returns should be sent to: The Returns Department, Proskins Ltd., Bromley Croft, Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, NG19 8EF, UK.

Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of posting from a post office or myHermes ParcelShop. Please keep the receipt in a safe place as claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no proof of posting.

Please allow up to three weeks once you have returned your item(s) for the refund to be credited or your exchange processed.

P&P costs to be reimbursed at the discretion of Proskins Ltd. where goods are returned with quality concerns.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
